2.1 When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy The UK Small Business Marketing Bible (the Product). We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.

3.1 You can use this website to place an order and complete your purchase online. If you prefer to order by telephone, you can do so by calling 0191 461 8000.

3.2 Delivery charges will be shown prior to you placing your order.

3.3 You will be required to pay for the Product in full at the time of ordering.

3.4 We use WorldPay secure payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard or Maestro.

3.5 Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.

3.6 All prices quoted on our website (including delivery charges) are in UK pounds and are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate where applicable.


When the order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption using WorldPay systems, we do not process credit cards on our own website. They are not held in clear text on any website.


5.1 The Product will normally be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your order and will be delivered within 5-7 working days.

5.2 We will deliver the Product to the premises you specify on your order. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the delivery package unattended.


6.1 All orders come with our 12-month money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us by e-mail at enquiries@cobwebinfo.com to arrange a full refund.

6.2 This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.


7.1 If there is a problem with the Product when it is delivered, please notify us by e-mail or in writing providing details of the problem. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

7.2 If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge.

7.3 The cost of returning the damaged Product to us is your responsibility. However, on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the Product is found to be damaged.


Except where the Product is supplied to a person dealing as a consumer, all warranties, conditions or other terms implied by statute, common law, trade usage or otherwise are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. In no circumstances whatsoever shall Cobweb be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind whatsoever that you may suffer or incur directly or indirectly through the use of the Product.


We will not be liable to you or deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of delay or failure to perform any of our obligations, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.


10.1 No waiver by us of any breach of the contract by you shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

10.2 If any provision of these Terms or any subsequent Terms we issue is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the remainder shall not be affected.

10.3 These Terms and the contract are subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
